Learn how to survey remains and relics, which are the most important elements in learning archaeology through active learning.

Requirements Students majoring in  archaeology only can be accepted in this class for it’s highly-professional specialty. You have to take all lectures of “Basic practice in Archaeology (A, B, C, D)” in each term. 
Grading Method The degree of the completeness of the task in each class. 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Work experience. Based on the excavation procedure permitted by the Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education and so on, we will teach classes of survey methods of relics and remains by archaeological research work experience and survey report preparation experience. 
Message Keep improving your surveying skill in class as well as out of class. The surveying is a fundamental skill for studying archaeology.
