The aim of the class is to strengthen students' ability to read about and understand traditional Chinese culture using basic documentary sources.

Lecture 2: Chinese Biographical Materials and Buried Materials
Lecture 3: Language and Writing in China
Lecture 4 Faith and Religion in China
Lecture 5 Ancient Chinese Mythology and Literature
Lecture 6 Ancient Chinese Paintings
Lecture 7 Chinese views of life and death
Lecture 8 Chinese Food and Beverage Culture

Listen to all lectures and submit a final report.
