The most recent geologic time period is called the "Anthropocene", and human activities have influenced the environment of the earth's surface layer at an unprecedented speed. In this lesson, you acquire the basic knowledge on biogeochemical cycles of the Earth's surface, which is necessary to deal with global environmental problems.
