Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Organizational behavior is one of the critical issues in management, regardless of the size of the organization, its ownership structure or industry sector, or the economic and social context in which the organization operates. This course will introduce the fundamentals of organizational behavior theory and then discuss organizational behavior at the individual and group/team levels. The objective is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of these issues and a basic level of knowledge and practice in organizational behavior.

Term paper assignment (a five-page paper based on an SSCI or equivalent journal article)

Odd-numbered sessions will be given in this course, Organizational Behavior I. Even-numbered sessions will be held in Organizational Behavior II.

1-14. Read assigned material before classes and review class discussion afterwards.
15&16. Prepare term paper abstract before class and modify it after class based on comments from others. 
Requirements No specific condition for registration. 
Grading Method Grading is determined by participation in discussion (25%), weekly assignment (30%), term paper abstract presentation (5%), and final paper evaluation (40%).
