Outline of the course:
This course starts with questions and answers between the lecturer and attending students on the Bankruptcy Law, which is assumed to be already studied by the students during the course of Insolvency Laws 1, and then the course is to be focused on Civil Rehabilitation Law. At the end of the course, using the preceding cases book, students are to understand the total feature of insolvency laws by comparing these two laws.

Targets of the course:  
1) Students are anticipated to understand two types of treatment of debtors, which are composed of a liquidation of debtors assets and a reconstruction of debtors business.
2) Students are anticipated to acquire an ability to explain to legal or physical persons, who have exceeded accumulated debts or are in a position of over-debt, on the possible insolvency procedures.
