The Liberal Arts Seminar is a mandatory two-credit course for all university students. With high school studies becoming more diverse, the university has noticed a more diverse range of students entering their institution. Some students struggle to adjust to the independent nature of university study and may not have experienced the joy of learning. The Liberal Arts Seminar aims to actively involve new students in learning activities, promote communication between students and faculty, and encourage the formation of learning groups to foster intellectual interest.
