The basics of building human relations is getting people to have positive feelings toward you, To do so, it is important to listen to others attentively. This course helps students understand these and learn various communication skills, which provide a foundation for building a relationship of trust with medical service users (patients and their families).

Preparation and review are not particularly necessary. Active participation in group work is expected.  
Requirements Be on time to class. 
Grading Method Attendance is taken at each class. Grade will be based on class attendance and a final examination.
