Understand the possibility of future career paths, the skills needed in order to play an active role in the diverse field of society, and your strengths and weaknesses.
Discuss commonalities and differences of leadership from the real image of the domestic and international leaders, and what is needed in order to become a good leader. Deepen your understandings of leadership through exercises, examples and practices.
For practice, demonstrate your communication skills by presenting your research vision and its contents in three minutes at final presentation.
