Hiroshima University aims to nurture "Hiroshima Peace-Initiative Leaders" who can understand and find solutions to local problems to make an "Inclusive Society" where all people can live together without any social inequality.
This program is the first step for students who intend to be "Hiroshima Peace-Initiative Leaders" who can understand the current state and problems of the region and learn how to create solutions to these problems.
In this program, we take up the following subjects:
* How to convey the experience of the atomic bombing to the next generation in the circumstances of an aging society, including hibakusha (survivors) and forgetting the past.
* How to revitalize mountainous and island regions where the population is aging and/or shrinking.
* How to build a society where all people who are physically, mentally or socially challenged can live equally.

Other You are required to submit a report entitled "My Approach to Peace" as a common assignment for Peace Science Courses. When you fail to submit the report, the credit will not be given.
