Along with the idea that the arts would be learned throughout one's lifetime, this course will discuss various theoretical and practical studies on the educational principles of expression and/or appreciation. By reviewing prior research, this course attempts to deepen students' understanding of a research topic, purpose and methodology. 
Class Schedule Lesson 1: Guidance for the course
Lesson 2-14: Students attempt to examine various themes in students' research, which includes the investigation of the history and today's issues in art education; changes in art curricula, educational policies and systems; research into teaching practices, textbooks, teaching methods and subject matter in art; as well as studies on art educators and their thoughts.
