/Class Outline Keep learning the basics of Spanish and become more familiar with the language. We will focus in actively using the language, rather than passively learning it.
a) Use of textbook to train speaking and writing abilities.
  Textbook:  “Cuéntame” lesson 5, 7.
b) Review the Co-pretérito de Indicativo, Learn to use “se”, Future tense, Pos-pretérito.
  Textbook:  “Nuevo español 2000” lesson 15-20.

Preparation and
Review Students are expected to participate and contribute actively to the class, particularly during pair and group activities.
Please, prepare each class following indications by the instructor. At the end of each unit there will be compulsory tasks to practice and increase oral and written skills.
To learn more and more efficiently, students should monitor their own progress.
Class will be held mostly in Spanish.

En esta clase, es necesario que los estudiantes participen activamente, ya que realizaremos diferentes actividades en parejas y grupos.
Los estudiantes deberán preparar las clases con antelación según las indicaciones del profesor. Al final de cada unidad se pedirán tareas para practicar los contenidos.
Los estudiantes deberán llevar el control de su propio aprendizaje para aprender de manera más eficiente.
En clase usaremos principalmente el español.

Requirements As a general rule, students must meet the requirements for participation in the program.
