The lecture will be online (on-demand type) and will utilize PPT. As appropriate, conduct exercises for students almost every time to confirm that they have mastered important matters. However, the final exam will be conducted face-to-face.

Learn the evaluation techniques of building materials, especially the physical properties of structural materials and their evaluation methods.
(1) Know the types and characteristics of steel materials and be able to use them appropriately.
(2) Know the characteristics of concrete materials and how to mix them, and be able to use them appropriately.
(3) Know the types and characteristics of interior and exterior materials and use them appropriately.
(4) Understand the physical characteristics that evaluate the quality of building materials.

Grading Method The results of the lecture exercises and final exams will be evaluated on a scale of 100 points, and a score of 60 or higher will be passed.
