Recognize the importance of material engineering in mechanical engineering. In addition, understand the basic characteristics of mechanical materials, mainly metal materials which is required for machine engineers, and study the basis of material evaluation and material selection.

Grading Method Total score is evaluated by the midterm exam and the final exam. Students whose total score is 60% or more and who submit all reports will pass.
