Class Objectives
/Class Outline
1. To learn basic midwifery skills necessary to diagnose the normal course of pregnancy and to detect abnormalities at an early stage through lectures and exercises.
2. To learn basic midwifery skills necessary to diagnose the progress of delivery and the health of the woman, fetus, and newborn, and to detect abnormalities at an early stage through lectures and exercises.
3. To learn through lectures and exercises about diagnosis and necessary support when abnormalities occur to pregnant and postpartum women requiring medical intervention
4. To learn through lectures and exercises about how to support pregnant and postpartum mothers who require medical intervention to alleviate symptoms and prevent exacerbation of symptoms.
