The purpose of this course is to acquire experimental and observational skills in secondary science contents and to acquire fundamental abilities to develop teaching materials concerning experiments and observations.

The objective of this course is for students to acquire the fundamental experiment/observation skills that are needed to be a high school biology teacher, using animals and plants that we are familiar with as teaching materials.

Lesson2: How to Use an Optical Microscope. Observation of Cells
Lesson3: Microorganisms in the Water
Lesson4: Structure of Flowers
Lesson5: Bryophyte, Ferns, and Gymnosperms
Lesson6: Plant Leaves and Stoma
Lesson7: Plant Organization ( Root and Stem)
Lesson8: Cyclosis
Lesson9: Somatic Cell Division
Lesson10: Arthropod
Lesson11: Fish
Lesson12: Measurement of Blind Spots, Response to Stimuli
