実臨床の現場観察から,気付かれていないニーズを掘り起こし,ニーズ解決の新しい機会を見つけるための問題発見解決プロセスを,(1)問題の洗い出し,(2)既存の解決法についての徹底的な調査,(3)革新的な解決法を導く手法,(4)社会的意義のある新たな価値の創出に至る思考方法から構成するカリキュラムで,系統的に体験的に学ぶ。なお,AIIでは(3)(4)を重点的に学ぶ。
