/Class Outline
Students learn the practical techniques for analog-mixed signal integrated circuit focusing on RF circuits. In the lecture, students learn the basic knowledge of integrated devices associated with it. Goal is to to learn skills to solve issues and to incorporate ideas involved in the analog RF integrated circuit design through the lecture. Students learn an overview from the RF basic circuits to the latest millimeter-wave circuits. They examine the latest research and master the current challenges in this field.
