To set a concrete research theme and to aim at acquiring a high specialized basic knowledge and an ability for general study.   
Class Schedule Studying each theme by documents, theories and experiments.
Putting the study together as results of research and presenting and discussing it at the seminar and the research meeting.  
Prepare reference books along your theme.
