Under the situation of Hiroshima University Action Guidelines Level 3 (as of April 22, 2020) in corona infection control,

5/7 (Thurs.) Class starts from 9:00 AM, "Only one faculty member is in 109 lecture room and remote lecture using teams".

At that time, "Students who do not have an internet environment can enter the 4 lecture rooms designated by Student Support as long as they are delivered to the support room."

Understand the changes of material structures from micro-macro phenomenon due to heat-processed material processes such as solidification, solid phase transformation, sintering and joining.

Many mechanical materials vary greatly in microstructure and mechanical properties due to heat processes such as casting, sintering and joining.
Among them, the formation of defects and changes in microstructure are caused by phenomena such as solidification, phase transformation, crystal grain growth, solid solution, deposition, segregation in a rapid heating and cooling process.
Understand how to predict such microstructure changes.
