Legal sociology is a discipline that verifies and theorizes the hypothesis model which logically organizes the interrelationship between law and society based on survey data. Specifically, we will describe the reality of justice from the social relationship of the parties and professionals appearing in the trial process of each sentencing field, consider the availability and function of the justice system, and look into the future prospects.

1) We can systematically understand modern law phenomena (especially legalization of social order) from a sociological point of view.
2) Express contemporary law phenomena from a sociological point of view, refer to each other and critique. 
Class Schedule According to the composition of the text, we will pick up one or two themes each time and lecture while interwoven with latest trends.
Students will select three topics of interest, prepare reports, write them in a blog for classes, refer to each other and comment on each other, deepen understanding and expressive power about the legal system and its social roles.
