"In the class, articles from various perspectives will be read. Read individual articles critically and accurately. Also, read them, keeping issues common to articles and individual issue in mind.
Also, articles to read in the class will be distributed beforehand. So, participate in the class with awareness of the issue. " 
Requirements  
Grading Method "For assessment, below two points to be emphasized.  
① See if students understand the main thesis correctly from viewpoints of the background of study, the purpose of study, method, analysis and consideration.  
② Based on above, see if students can read the reports critically from the viewpoint of teaching Japanese as a second language.  
Plus, participation in discussions to be also assessed." 
Practical Experience  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it  
Message "Through reading of documents in the class, specific methodologies and research method for social linguistics will be learned. Then, discussion will be held based on that.
As the discussion will be more fruitful with students' questions, ask questions aggressively."
