   We critically read a course book, Takesi Sasaki ed. Comparative study on Parliamentary Cabinet system in 2019, written in Japanese. Through reading and discussing the book, we are going to understand how work Japanese Diet/Parliament and Cabinet system, what kind of problems there are, and how to settle the problems. When we think about them, case studies for cabinet systems outside Japan and also historical perspective in Japan could help the investigation.
  A student will give a presentation to discuss the book in turn and the presenter and the other participants take part in the discussing the course book itself and the presentation together.

2. To read loudly in turn about Intoduction and the Chapter 1. The advisor of this seminar will explain political technical terms and concepts, also to be explained the back ground of the article and context of the study.
