<Course Description>
This is the sequent practice following Clinical practicum 4. During the Clinical practicum 4, you have started the first step of outcome management. In this Clinical practicum 5, you will continue to work on strategic plans as a CNS candidate (a change agent). Students also learn about all CNS roles and functions in this practicum.
<Objectives>
During this clinical practicum, the students will be able to;
1. Understand the outcome management process to improve clinical indicators and QOL
2. In addition to coordination and consultation skills, learn about education skills and research consultation to nurses
3. Become better working with hospital & nursing managers, and understand how to relate to them. |
