Clinical Practicum:
Students need to attend clinical practice at any clinical site where you can work as a change agent.  Students need to negociate for this practice prior to decide the site.

<Course Description>
This practice is challenging to take the first step of advanced nurse's roles as a CNS such as expert practice, consultation, coordination, ethical coordination, and also improving patients' quality of care.
Students need to choose one clinical site, then analyze/assess the organization and their patient care in your subspecialty area. Then with collaboration with nurse managers, students need to work for improving care and care delivery systems. Through this process, students will learn and acquire skills of outcome management.
<Objectives>
During this clinical practicum, the students will be able to;
1. Apply all theories and concept to people with chronic illness and the families and/or patient groups to improve their clinical outcomes, and acquire those advanced nursing skills in your subspecialty area.
2. Acquire basic consultation skills to nursing and
