<Course Description> This is placed as the first clinical training out of five sequent clinical practicum of CNS course. Apply all theories and concept studied at classes to clinical practicum. Through this first clinical practice, students will follow an experienced CNS as their role model, and learn CNS's roles, functions, leadership, and communication skills. Also, this course is placed as the practice period at clinical site to strengthen their advanced nursing skills in their subspecialty areas. <Objectives> During this clinical practicum, the students will be able to; 1. Follow an experienced CNS at her clinical site, learn CNS's functions and roles. Understand expected roles in the organization, then place them as training goals to your further training (Expert skills, Consultation, Coordination, Ethical practice). 2. Lean communication skills necessary for practicing |
