/Class Outline
A student will follow the undergraduate practicum education (Adult nursing area: listed below), and studies development of curriculum, achievement goals, methods, implementation, and evaluation with undergraduate faculty members.
<Course description>
This course is placed as the second step of nursing curriculum after completion of acquiring fundamental skills in nursing practice. Through this course students learn and acquire skills necessary for practicing nursing care at any nursing care site from critical care to end-of-life care. Therefore, students are strongly recommended to practice those skills throughout the course period. After passing the course xamination, students will be able to go to clinical practicum starting Fall semester at 3rd grade.
<Objectives>
Upon completion of the course, the students will be able to;
1. Acquire knowledge and skills of practicing basic nursing skills required in adult nursing fields and health stages of critical, operative, acute, chronic, recovery, and end-of-life
2. Acquire knowledge and skills of health assessment and the method of clinical easoning for patient

Pre and post assignments are listed in the student course guidebook.
Students are strongly recommended to practice nursing skills learned in the classes. Taking examination without practicing is not accepted (automatically fail). 
Requirements Students must be completed and passed the Fundamental Nursing classes.
Students must be completed and passed the Lecture in Adult Nursing and Disease Management in Adult.
Students need to take and register Seminar in Chronic Care Nursing together. 
Grading Method Written examination 100%

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it  
Message Absence and late for the class are not accepted. If it is happened, annouce to the teachers prior to the class.
Autonomous, active learning is requested.
Go and access to internet and obtain current, up-dated information, especially from evidence-based clinical guidelines in addition to reading the textbooks.
