To explain constitutive elements of the fitness
To make a suitable training plan for own fitness level
To establish safe and effective training intensity and training amount, to conduct own training by suitable methods
 
Class Schedule Lesson 1: Guidance and safety concern
Need to bring writing materials.
# Lessons 2 to 10 are scheduled the followings, may be rearranged due to backgrounds of the students.
Lesson 2: Practicum
How to use gym, Stretching
Lesson 3: Lecture
Elements of the fitness, Principles and general rules of the fitness training
Lesson 4: Practicum
Practice of strength training 1
Lesson 5:  Lecture
Theory and methods of strength training
Lesson 6: Practicum
Practice of strength training 2
Lesson 7:  Lecture
Theory and methods of endurance training
Lesson 8: Practicum
Practice of endurance training

No written examination is conducted, however, reports for lessons and term-end are imposed.

Bring training wear, gym shoes, towel, and writing materials. Recommend for water to drink.

In the practicals, wear the sports clothes and shoes, not casual styles and outdoor shoes.
Bring writing materials, due to setting short report on the ends of the some lessons.
 
Grading Method Attendance of the class: 50%, Reports: 50% (almost ratios in either index).
