All the classes are WEB online lectures run by Microsoft Teams: using Video Projection and Text Reading in Japanese. You should buy the Japanese text-book: Shiba Ryotaro: Tabi-suru Kansei, Kyoto: Sekaishiso-sha, written by Hideki KUWAJIMA.

Based on Ryotaro Shiba's "Kaidou wo yuku" series, we will illustrate his unique perspectives uopn the human being, history, and landscape. We can find there his historical imagination with his own filedwork, which is to be called the "philosopy of sensibility", or aesthetics about the world.
