To study the methodology and technique necessary for modeling and management of environmental dynamics through the measurement of water temperature, salinity, nutrients, suspended solids, greenhouse gases and pollutants, harmful substances such as environmental hormones in the in terrestrial (agricultural crops, forests) and coastal marine ecosystems. 
Class Schedule ※After guidance at the first class, students should be chosen from the following three areas, and then will be  the laboratory work or field survey.

Plant Nutritional Physiology area (Organizer Drs. Ueda and Saneoka);
Laboratory exercise: acquire knowledge and skills of analysis methods of the plant and environment interactions, plant response and adaptation to environmental stress, and plant growth and quality etc.
