Provides understanding on recent trend of research and issues concerning teaching contents development on physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and analytical chemistry through investigation of academic paper on chemistry education in Japan/overseas. Also, develops capabilities to consider possibility of new chemistry teaching contents development through seminar and experiments.

"Selects some of recent issues on teaching contents development associated with physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry and analytical chemistry as a theme, searches/investigates domestic/foreign academic paper. Based on student’s presentation on investigation result, develops a discussion for new teaching contents development. Also, conducts seminar of research planning for teaching contents development, analyzes/assesses each student’s research plan together with all students. Conducts a basic experiment for teaching contents development based on the research plan, presents the outcome, and discusses possibility of new teaching contents development together with all students.
