Students grasp production environment, consider sustainable animal and plant production, and acquire fundamental skills for analysis and evaluation concerning animal and plant production through field surveys and
Class Schedule ・Guidance, Soil survey (lecture), Vegetation survey (lecture)
・Looking around animal ptoduction environment (University Farm), Field vegetation survey
・Field soil survey (University Farm), Soil Sampling
・Pot cultivation of plant (Italian ryegrass)
・Evaluation of soil productivity (lecture)
・Measurement of pH, EC, moisture, and bulk density of soils
・Determination of exchangeable cations (K, Na, Ca, Mg) in soils
・Measurement of plant growth (pot cultivation)
・Discussion on the results of field and experimental studies

Reports on results and discussion of field and experimental studies must be submitted
