To understand mechanisms of crop production and relevance of environments to crop production through running a series of basic experiments for plant physiology and plant nutrition.

Lesson 2: Weighing fertilizers, Planting crop seeds
Lesson 3: Observation of crop growth (germination, size, height, symptoms of nutrient excess and deficiency)
Lesson 4: Ecological survey of grasses in agricultural farm 1
Lesson 5: Ecological survey of grasses in agricultural farm 2
Lesson 6: Measurement of crop growth (fresh weight, leaf area)
Lesson 7: Measurement of photosynthesis
