The purpose of this class is to learn basic knowledge of CMOS-VLSI as mainstream of integrated circuits for the students studying the hardware and software in future. To do so, the main points of techniques are explained using the chart intuitively. For the students being specialists of integrated circuit, the positioning of the various technologies is explained as the introduction of later specialized subjects.
