/Class Outline
Pathology is a preclinical subject that teaches the true characteristics of the disease (pathogenesis, pathophysiology, course and outcome). The goal is to learn the basic scientific theory of medicine by knowing pathological changes in cells, tissues and organs based on the knowledge about the normal structure and function of the human body that you have already learned in anatomy, histology and physiology. In oral pathology Ⅰ, you systematically learn the lesions commonly found in whole-body organ/tissues according to their pathogenesis and disease type, and then learn in more detail the pathological features of important lesions in each organ.
