Review
In advance, students are expected to read all the judgements rendered ranging from the 1st instance to the last instance every time. After the class, they are required to confirm their understanding of the knowledge/ notions gained through reading the basic books on substantive criminal law. 
Requirements Participation is the prerequisite in this seminar.
