This course covers grammatical items including comparatives, superlatives, negation, relatives, agreement, narration, emphasis, ellipsis, insertion, inversion, nouns, pronouns, determiners, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, punctuation, and discourse markers. Students attending this course are expected to acquire a highly sophisticated knowledge about English grammar, and to consider how to teach learners a given grammatical item in the classroom. Using a grammar exercise book, this course also brushes up your grammatical competence in English.
