The aims of this study are to acquire advanced technical knowledge and ability of research in the field of Semiconductor Electronics and Integration Science and to provide guidance for doctoral thesis. 
Class Schedule Study CMOS integrated circuits.

Students will be able to acquire the way to set and seek the research subject and the way to make the study results public as a thesis through research activities on Semiconductor Electronics and Integration Science.
