Class Objectives
/Class Outline
We will explore the process and cause of "the Presidentialization of politics" in many democracies. In Japan govermental system described in the Constitution have not  been changed but political way of decision-making and political management in a top executive of government is changing towards a presidential system. We are going to discuss why and how have happend like this.
