Class Objectives
/Class Outline
This lecture aims to give a general idea about "political process".  We will explore the main political institutions such as Parliament, Cabinet, Core-executive, Bureaucracy, Political Parties, Interest Groups, and Local Government. We also inquire how they are working. Then when someone want to change or introduce a new policy, we are discussing how he/she should approach for those political institution and actors such as political parties, bureaucracy and interest groups in them.
Anyway, this lecture will be given in Japanese language. Students will be expected enough Japanese communication skill. So, please, see the syllabus written in Japanese.
