Class Objectives

To contribute to the development and improvement of ethics contents of junior high school social studies and high school civics, especially through reading domestic and international documents related to modern ethics, students will discuss and study modern problems of ethics. Through this research, students will acquire special research capabilities of modern ethics, and will have education material research and development capabilities in social studies education and ethics education (moral education).

"Lecture's style is practice. (We request students to report of their research in every class. We're going to have the time of questions and answers.)
We're going to use videos in the case they're necessary to understand.  (It takes for 10 to 25 minutes each time.)

"The presenter of research report should get instruction about selection materials from the instructor of the class or TA before making summaries, and prepare for discussion and others.

After a class, the presenter of research report should confirm the contents of class and confirm its task again, read related books and deepen your understanding."

It's preferable that you have majored one of them which means ""The Research of Contemporary Ethics""(three seme), ""The Outline of Ethics""(four seme), and ""The Research of Applied Ethics""(five seme)."
 
Grading Method I'll evaluate you from attendance, reading, the report of investigation on materials, the report on subject, and others.
 
Message I will welcome the student who will attend the presentation on research and who is interested in the research of ethics and the ethics education.
