The participants are expected to prepare the reading materials in advance.
Also, participants are expected to review the lecture contents based on newspaper articles etc. 
Grading Method In order to take the final exam, the participants must attend more than 2/3 of the lectures.
The grade is considered 100% by the final exam.
Write-up assignment may be considered in case of under perform at final exam.
