Corse objective is to learn laboratory, data analysis, and scientific writing skills through experiments of molecular & diagnostic pathology and oncology. 
Class Schedule Students conduct experiments on molecular pathology of the gastrointestinal or urological cancers in accordance with the research schedule set at the beginning of the semester. Students are required to present the ongoing study in the weekly lab meeting.
Main technical keywords: Gene expression, genetic alteration and polymorphism, non-coding RNA, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, cell culture, signal transduction, stem cell / cancer stem cell.

Before research meeting, students must prepare brief presentation on paper or ppt. 
Requirements Students are required to participate the weekly lab meeting.
