| 授業の目標・概要等 |
This course provides a systematic introduction to the genetics, genomics, and bioinformatics of microorganisms, designed for graduate students who need to strengthen their theoretical and practical understanding of these fields for their research. The course bridges fundamental molecular biology with modern genomic and computational approaches, using real-world examples from environmental microbiology, infectious diseases, and antimicrobial resistance research. |
