| 授業の目標・概要等 |
This course introduces students fundamental ideas on media and communication studies. Theoretical framework on the field from the concept of mass communication to media literacy will be taught with images and pictures, so those who are new to the subject are welcome. Practical approach such as watching dramas and films will also be conducted in class, so that students can relate what the media would show and what the viewers should perceive. Students are encouraged to read and watch whatever media they can access and connect them to what is introduced in the subject. |
