授業の目標・概要等 |
This course is designed to generate an understanding of major theories of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and to consider why early childhood is important and how ECCE should be mainly in the contexts of developing countries. The course consists of two parts. The first part deals with theories related to child development, and the second part examines ECCE from several perspectives of different disciplines. Upon completing the course, students can: 1) explain the importance of early childhood theoretically, and 2) discuss how ECCE should be from various perspectives. |

Students are required to write final-term papers. |
