| 授業の目標・概要等 |
Organizational behavior is one of the critical issues in management, regardless of the size of the organization, its ownership structure or industry sector, or the economic and social context in which the organization operates. This course will introduce the fundamentals of organizational behavior theory and then discuss organizational behavior at the individual and group/team levels. The objective is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of these issues and a basic level of knowledge and practice in organizational behavior. |

Term paper assignment (a five-page paper based on an SSCI or equivalent journal article)
Even-numbered sessions will be given in this course, Organizational Behavior II. Odd-numbered sessions will be held in Organizational Behavior I. |
