◎今回のワークショップでは、農家さんから直接お話を聞き、規格外野菜について一緒に考えます。

さらに、参加者同士で話し合いを行い、最後には実際に規格外野菜を使ってカレーを調理します！

 
◎農業や食べ物、食品ロスに興味がある方はもちろん、普段何気なく食べている野菜について知りたい方も大歓迎です！

We’re hosting a workshop organized by the Student Fellows of the Town＆ Gown Institute of Innovation for the Future(TGIF)!

◎Have you heard of “non-standard vegetables”—produce that’s hard to sell simply because its shape or size doesn’t meet industry standards?

◎In this workshop, we’ll hear directly from farmers and explore the issue of non-standard vegetables together. 

In addition, we’ll have group discussions among participants, and at the end, we’ll actually cook curry using non-standard vegetables!

◎We warmly welcome not only those interested in agriculture, food, and food waste, but also anyone who simply wants to learn more about the vegetables they eat every day without giving it a second thought!
