英語で、世界をちょっと旅してみませんか？
広島大学は、世界中から留学生が集まる多言語・多文化キャンパスです。『ことばでめぐる世界：言語と文化の多様性に触れる』は、そんなキャンパスならではの交流イベント。毎回、留学生がゲストスピーカーとして登場し、自国のことばや文化を英語で紹介します。あいさつやちょっとした表現を一緒に学んだり、文化にまつわるエピソードを聞いたりと、気軽に楽しめる内容です。

7月はマレーシアをテーマに開催します。マレーシアの多民族・多文化社会や、日常で使われるさまざまな言語、食文化や伝統などについて、ゲストスピーカーが英語で紹介します。

英語に自信がなくても大丈夫。リラックスした雰囲気で参加できます。月に1回、グローバルラーニングセンターの交流スペースで開催しています。ぜひ気軽に参加してみてください！7月のスケジュールは以下の通りです。

Would you like to take a short trip around the world in English?
Hiroshima University is a multilingual and multicultural campus where students from all over the world come together. "A Journey Through Languages: Discovering Linguistic and Cultural Diversity" is a unique intercultural event that reflects the diversity of our campus. At each session, an international student joins us as a guest speaker to introduce their country's language and culture in English. You can learn simple greetings and everyday expressions, hear interesting cultural stories, and enjoy a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.

This month, we will explore Malaysia. Our guest speaker will introduce Malaysia's multicultural society, the various languages spoken in daily life, as well as its food culture and traditions, all in English.

No need to worry if you're not confident in your English. Everyone is welcome to join and enjoy the event in a friendly and relaxed environment.

The event is held once a month in the Global Learning Center's exchange space. We hope you'll join us and discover a new part of the world!
