参加資格
(1 )外国人留学生
日本語で意思疎通ができる外国人留学生で、次のいずれかに該当する学生。
①日本の大学。短期大学。大学院に在籍している者
②日本の教育機関に在籍している者で、開催委員会が参加を認めた者
(2)日本人学生
次のいずれかに該当する学生。
①日本の大学・短期大学。大学院に在籍している者
②日本の高等専門学校に在籍している4年生以上の者
③日本の教育機関に在籍している者で、開催委員会が参加を認めた者
参加費
食費・宿泊費・行事費・保険料は参加費に含まれています。（別紙参照）

The purpose of this event is for international students and Japanese students to build personal connections through a three-day, two-night residential exchange program, thereby deepening international friendship and mutual understanding.
Application Overview
Eligible Regions: Hiroshima, Okayama, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, Kagawa, Tokushima, and Kochi Prefectures
Number of Participants: 30
Dates: August 28 (Fri) – August 30 (Sun)
Venue: National Etajima Youth Exchange Center (Independent Administrative Institution)
Participation Fee: 6,000 yen
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
(1) International Students
International students who can communicate in Japanese and fall under one of the following categories:
① Students currently enrolled in a Japanese university, junior college, or graduate school
② Students currently enrolled in a Japanese educational institution who have been approved for participation by the Organizing Committee
(2) Japanese Students
Students who fall under one of the following categories:
① Students enrolled in a Japanese university, junior college, or graduate school
② Students in their fourth year or higher enrolled in a Japanese National College of Technology
③ Students enrolled in a Japanese educational institution who have been approved for participation by the Organizing Committee
Participation Fee: Meals, lodging, event expenses, and insurance are included in the participation fee. (See attached document.)
