このたび，在大阪・神戸米国総領事館 総領事の リチャード・N・ラーセン氏 をお招きし，講演会を開催いたします。

これまでに，パキスタン（イスラマバード）での勤務のほか，中国およびイラクへの複数回の赴任経験を有する。
ワシントンD.C.では，国務省東アジア・太平洋局において，次官補室首席補佐官および地域・安全保障政策室長を歴任。
